Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group Cork Airport is seeking a Returns Agent to deliver world-class customer service at the point of vehicle arrival and departure. You will work in our car parks and front lines, ensuring smooth checks in and returns, while maintaining accurate records and upholding standards.

The role requires a full clean driving licence for at least 2 years, with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts. Training is provided and opportunities for progression exist within a market-leading car

Qualifications

• Valid full driving licence (B) for at least 2 years is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive and return vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control; meet KPIs.
• Complete all administrative tasks according to procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles as required by procedures.
• Notify fleet supervisors about vehicle service/maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with damages department on new damages.
• Take on ad hoc duties as needed by the business.
