Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
• Partner in day-to-day leadership and support of store team members
• Drive performance through coaching, motivation and clear communication
• Contribute to merchandising, visual standards and stock control
• Ensure health & safety and company policy compliance
• Support till checks and close-up procedures
