Job summary

Choice Stores is opening a new Celbridge store and seeks energetic Team Leaders to launch in style. In this hands-on leadership role you will work with the Store Manager to deliver a top-class customer experience on the shop floor.

You will coach and support the store team, drive merchandising standards, and ensure health & safety while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment. This role offers progression, a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to grow with us.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or team leadership preferred.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and able to drive a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support store team with day-to-day leadership and coaching.
• Drive performance through motivation and clear communication.
• Contribute to merchandising, visual standards and stock control.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Support till checks and end-of-day procedures.
• Foster an inclusive, energetic team environment.
