Choice Stores in Drogheda is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop a small team, manage daily tasks, merchandising, stock control and health & safety, while maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment.

The role offers progression opportunities within a friendly, locally owned Irish retailer with a competitive hourly rate and annual leave.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role preferred.
• Customer-focus and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to coach and support a store team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support store team members in day-to-day operations.
• Drive performance through coaching, motivation and clear communication.
• Contribute to merchandising, visual standards and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Support till checks and close up procedures.
