Choice Stores in Drogheda is seeking a Team Leader to join the store leadership team, working with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role blends operational focus with team support, helping to keep the shop floor running smoothly while fostering a positive, professional environment.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and support merchandising and stock control in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role.
• Strong people skills and excellent communication ability.
• Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Partner in the day-to-day leadership and support of store team members.
• Drive performance through coaching, motivation and clear communication.
• Contribute to merchandising, visual standards and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Support key daily routines such as till checks and close up procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued.
