Avoca Malahide is seeking a responsible full-time Retail Team Lead to support the management team in daily store and café operations. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the department.

You will assist with customer service, handle queries and complaints, oversee staff breaks, and work to maintain high standards of fashion and brand representation in a busy Malahide location.

• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across shifts.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to translate them to customers.
• Ability to represent the Avoca brand professionally.

Mansioni

• Opening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your manager
• Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints
• Ordering processes for the store
• Provide general support to the management team
