Avoca Mount Usher in Wicklow is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time, permanent role. You will deliver friendly customer service, support store operations and help maintain the Food offering in line with Avoca standards.

The role requires excellent timekeeping, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Prior experience in food retail is desirable; training and development opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Description

The opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant to work in our Avoca Mount Usher store. This role is a part time position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person, via phone and email.
• Point of Sales system – scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner.
• Replenishing stock, ensuring the Food offering is always in line with Avoca brand standards.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager.
• Advising & serving customers.
