Job summary

The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dublin to support the Store Manager in driving exceptional customer experiences and store performance. You will lead sales, mentoring the team, and ensuring compliance with retail processes while continuously seeking improvements.

You will be responsible for daily store operations, inventory accuracy, and KPI-driven reporting, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with customers and delivering a fantastic experience.
• You take initiative when the Store Manager is absent.
• You mentor teammates and help them grow.
• You have experience opening and closing a store and lead from the front.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• You are proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
• You are flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager.
• Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates.
• Assisting your Store Manager in implementing our established retail processes while seeking improvements.
• Staying on top of core retail operations such as inventory and P&L.
• Reporting performance metrics and KPIs to improve store results.
• Ensuring the store looks great in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Providing cover in the Store Manager's absence.
