Job summary

The North Face in Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our VF family. You will support the Store Manager to drive a memorable customer experience and optimize daily store performance.

You’ll lead by example, mentor team members, and help implement retail processes while seeking opportunities to improve them. A strong English communicator with MS Office and POS experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
• Support implementing retail processes and look for improvements
• Maintain inventory control and P&L awareness
• Monitor KPIs and store performance metrics
• Ensure the store reflects brand visual merchandising standards
• Provide cover in the Store Manager's absence
