Job summary

Woodie's is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives across stores and the Dublin support office. The role focuses on managing programmes, coordinating training events, creating engaging content, and administering the LMS to support a superior customer experience.

You will partner with Store Managers, Regional leaders and vendors to ensure compliant, timely programmes and continuous improvement in learning delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Learning & Development or similar role.
• Organisational and project management skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Content development including digital learning resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Canva, Synthesia).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning programmes across stores and support office.
• Plan and manage events, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain LMS data, track completion, and generate reports.
• Coordinate budgets, vendor management, and content creation.
• Develop engaging learning materials for instructor-led and digital formats.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
