Coastline Gaming runs 11 gaming and entertainment venues across Ireland, with a growing online business. We've been trading for over 40 years and are opening new venues — which is why we're hiring General Managers in 3 locations (Arklow, Cork, Tramore).

You will run the venue, lead the team, manage the customer experience, cash, and standards, and report on weekly numbers to our Operations Manager.

• Retail or hospitality management experience preferred.
• No gaming experience required; training provided.

Coastline Gaming runs 11 gaming and entertainment venues across Ireland, along with a growing online business. We've been trading for over 40 years and we're still opening new venues — which is why we're hiring General Managers in 3 locations. (Arklow, Cork, Tramore)

The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: you run the venue. The team, the customer experience, the cash, the standards, the weekly numbers — yours. You report to our Operations Manager, with a group behind you that knows this business inside out.

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

• You can build and manage a team. Hire good people, train them, hold onto them, and get consistent performance from them.
• You've handled money. Cash-heavy operations, daily takings, variances, costs — accurate under pressure.
• You set the standard for customer service — and your team holds it when you're not on the floor.
• You keep the place right. Presentation, cleanliness, atmosphere — you notice the details and you don't walk past them.

WHO IT SUITS

An experienced customer-facing retail or hospitality manager. You might be running a bookmakers, a phone shop, a cinema, a family entertainment centre, a gym, a hotel or restaurant, or a busy store right now — the setting is different here, but the job is the same. We're a retail business: we trade seven days a week including evenings and weekends, and we'll expect you leading from the floor for your share of them. At least 2 years leading a team. No gaming experience needed — we'll teach you the industry.

PACKAGE

Salaries starting from €55,000 dependent upon experience and location, plus performance bonus, with the make-up depending on the venue, the scope of the role and what you bring. Health insurance and private pension scheme also included.
