The role

As General Manager, you run the venue. The team, the customer experience, the cash, the standards, the weekly numbers — yours. You report to our Directors, with a group behind you that knows this business inside out.

Hours

Rotating schedule within operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

What we care about

• You can build and manage a te am. Hire good people, train them, hold onto them, and get consistent performance.
• You've handled money. Cash-heavy operations, daily takings, variances, costs — accurate under pressure.
• You set the standard for customer service — and your team holds it when you're not on the floor.
• You keep the place right. Presentation, cleanliness, atmosphere — you notice the details.

Who it suits

An experienced customer-facing retail or hospitality manager. You might be running a bookmakers, a phone shop, a cinema, a family entertainment centre, a gym, a hotel or restaurant, or a busy store right now — the setting is different here, but the job is the same. We're a retail business: we trade seven days a week including evenings and weekends, and we'll expect you leading from the floor for your share of them. At least 4 years leading a team. No gaming experience needed — we'll teach you the industry.
