Job summary

Teamworx is recruiting for a General Manager to lead a busy food-to-go shop in Galway. You will oversee Front of House and Kitchen teams, drive service standards, and own shop performance while developing the next generation of leaders.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with proven hospitality or fast-paced retail experience, strong coaching and communication skills, and a passion for people, food, and delivering exceptional results in a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality, food retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing business performance.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and communication skills.

Teamworx are excited to be recruiting for their new client - a much-loved international food-to-go brand with over 700 shops worldwide, now recruiting in Limerick. The brand is famous for freshly prepared, natural food and 100% organic coffee, with every shop featuring its own on-site kitchen where teams prepare food from scratch throughout the day.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead all aspects of shop operations, overseeing both Front of House and Kitchen teams while developing future leaders and taking full ownership of a successful shop.

What You'll Be Doing
