Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a dynamic Store Leader for our COS, Dublin store. You will drive exceptional customer service, lead a sales team, and ensure store presentation meets brand standards. You will analyse performance data and contribute to recruitment and onboarding to support growth.

The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work to maintain high service levels and a strong, cohesive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and leadership experience in a busy retail environment.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to translate features into benefits for customers.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop team capabilities.
• Clear, confident, and empathetic communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboard/train new team members.
• Identify and nurture talent to support team progression and development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering top customer experiences.
• Step into Store leadership as needed to maintain continuity.
