Job summary

COS Dublin store is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will coach Sales Advisors, analyse sales, and maintain brand standards while ensuring operations run smoothly.

You will act as a brand ambassador and, when needed, step in as Store Manager, guiding the team to meet service targets and drive results. The role includes development opportunities and staff discounts.

• Support recruitment and ensure onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.
