Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking an ambitious recruiter with 1–2 years of retail experience to join a fast-growing team. You’ll leverage your people skills, resilience and drive to hit targets and support your colleagues.

This role offers a clear progression path across 13 career levels, a weekday schedule Monday to Friday, and the opportunity to earn €30K base with uncapped commission, with top performers reaching €50K+ in a year.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role, or with additional responsibility.
• EU/UK passport or Stamp 4 visa.
• Able to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.
