Access is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to translate your retail management experience into recruitment. You will identify and attract candidates, build client relationships, manage vacancies and develop your own commercial desk.

You will learn the industry with support and increasing responsibility as your confidence grows. This is a full-time, office-based role in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday, with no shifts, weekends or bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail Management experience — Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar.
• Strong commercial confidence with ability to sell, negotiate and own results.

• Base salary: Early €30Ks + Uncapped commission

What we look for:

• Retail Management experience — Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Retail Manager or similar.
• Commercial confidence — you're comfortable selling, negotiating and being accountable for results.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, office-based position in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday, with no shifts, weekends or bank holiday requirements.
