Access Healthcare is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to build a high-growth career on a merit-based path. You will source healthcare professionals, coordinate with clients and manage the full sales cycle in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment.

Promotions are based on performance, with a clearly defined career path and structured training. Expect uncapped commissions and the potential to reach management levels quickly, with the opportunity to earn €75K+ by year two.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or related environment.
• Experience with KPI-driven targets and commission-based compensation.
• Strong communication skills and drive to progress.

You will join a high-performance team responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals and placing them into shifts with our clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, combining candidate sourcing, client coordination, and placement delivery in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

What to expect:

• Step into a performance-led recruitment career – build experience managing candidates and clients across live hiring needs
• Uncapped commission every month – your output directly drives your earnings
• Promotions every 6 months – progress through a structured, merit-based pathway
• €75K+ by year two – based on average performance, with top performers exceeding this
• 1–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, inside sales, client relationship, or other commercially driven environments
• A history of success with KPIs, targets, or commission-based work
• Strong communication skills and a drive to progress
• EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa (we cannot provide sponsorship)

Compensation:

• Base salary plus uncapped commission
• Total compensation on average: Year 1 – €45K+ | Year 2 – €75K+
