Access Healthcare in Dublin is offering an entry‑level Recruitment Consultant role designed to train you from day one. You’ll receive structured training, one‑to‑one coaching, and mentoring from experienced recruiters as you start building your recruitment career.

You’ll work toward a transparent promotion ladder based on results, with realistic opportunities for progression and earnings growth across your first years. This is a learning‑focused, team‑driven environment with strong support.

Responsibilities

• Talk to clients to find out whom they need and when.
• Find and speak to new candidates through job ads, our database and networking.
• Get to know each candidate and match them to the right opportunity; confirm bookings and keep both sides happy.
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets, and see your effort rewarded.

What you'll actually be doing:

Recruitment is a people job. You'll look after your own group of clients and make sure they always have the right people available when they need them. Day to day, you'll:

• Talk to clients to find out whom they need and when
• Find and speak to new candidates through job ads, our database and networking
• Get to know each candidate and match them to the right opportunityConfirm bookings and keep both sides happy
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets, and see your effort rewarded
