AIB''s Capital Markets Graduate Programme invites you to develop commercial, analytical and relationship management skills while supporting corporate, institutional and private banking customers across Ireland and internationally.

Over 23 months you''ll rotate across teams, gain exposure to exciting projects and build expertise with experienced professionals, with in-office Dublin/Cork policy and a mix of office and home working.

What You’ll Do

Capital Markets serves AIB's large and medium-sized business customers as well as our private banking customers. We take a partnership approach, delivering customer-focused financing solutions and specialised products that help businesses grow, invest and achieve their ambitions.

As a Capital Markets Graduate, you'll contribute to financing solutions that help businesses expand, invest, create jobs and transition to a more sustainable future. You'll gain exposure to complex transactions and strategic client relationships from the very beginning of your career.

Entry Requirements

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland)
• Fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23‑month contract (September 2027 – August 2029)
