Job summary

Allied Irish Banks (AIB) invites you to join a structured Retail Banking Graduate programme in Ireland. Over 23 months you will rotate across teams, gaining hands-on experience in branches and digital banking, lending, payments and wealth solutions, with strong support from senior mentors.

You will build core banking, customer and relationship management skills, qualify with industry-recognised credentials, and connect with a network of graduates across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent).
• Eligible to work in Ireland for full duration of the programme (Sept 2027 – Aug 2029).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across Retail Banking through structured rotations.
• Support development of banking products and customer propositions.
• Learn from experienced colleagues and build a professional network across AIB.
• Engage in governance, risk, and regulatory initiatives relevant to banking services.
