Job summary

AIB is offering a 23-month Retail Banking Graduate programme based in Central Park, Dublin. The role operates in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, starting September 2027, with a salary of €34,500.

You will rotate across teams, gain exposure to product management, governance and customer experiences, and work towards professional qualifications. Applicants must hold a 2.1 honours degree and be eligible to work in Ireland. Applications close 26 October 2026.

As a Retail Banking Graduate, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of teams and projects that help shape the banking experience for personal, business and wealth customers.

Depending On Your Rotations, You Could

• Support the development of new products and customer propositions
• Analyse customer, market and portfolio data to inform business decisions
• Contribute to strategic projects that enhance customer experiences
• Work with digital, product and operational teams to improve banking services
• Support governance and regulatory initiatives that protect customers and the business
• Build relationships with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders across AIB

Entry Requirements

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2027 - August 2029).
