Job summary

AIB in Dublin offers a 23-month Enterprise Delivery Graduate Programme. You’ll rotate across teams in Automation, AI, Transformation, Engineering, Cyber, Cloud, and Data & Analytics, gaining exposure to industry-leading practices and senior leaders.

You’ll learn on the job, contribute to real business initiatives, and build a strong professional network. Starting September 2027, the role is hybrid with three days in the office and two at home.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Entry Requirements

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2027 – August 2029).
