Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant Manager in Dublin, County Dublin. This permanent, full-time role supports day-to-day operations across two Dublin locations and requires leadership experience in food & beverage or retail environments.

You will help realise sales targets, oversee visuals and merchandising, train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in realising or exceeding determined sales plans and target metric objectives
• Ensure consistent execution of company's marketing and visual presentation
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on promo displays
• Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
• Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count as guided by senior management
• Ensure end of day procedures are followed
