Job summary

Bangkok Delivery Ltd T/A Camile is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Blanchardstown restaurant. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, managing costs, and maintaining service standards within a 39-hour week in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, optimize resources, and support profitability while upholding HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant operations.
• Degree/qualification in hospitality or operations management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Supervise staff, schedules, and compliance with procedures.
• Manage stock control, purchasing, supplier relations, and inventory levels.
• Monitor costs, sales, labour costs, and wastage to support profitability.
• Maintain customer service standards and implement improvements.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor business performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, employment, licensing, and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance of restaurant premises, equipment, and facilities.
• Support recruitment, staff training, and development of employees.
