Job summary

Glenn Anthony Hospitality Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our restaurant at Camile Thai Glasthule, 57A Glasthule Road, Sandycove, Co Dublin. This full-time, permanent role involves 39 hours per week and a salary of €36,605 per annum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or food-service management.
• Qualification in Hospitality Management or Operations Management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of staff supervision, stock control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage stock control, purchasing, supplier relationships, and inventory levels.
• Monitor expenses, labour costs, and food wastage for cost control.
• Maintain customer service standards and drive improvements to satisfaction.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor and report on operational performance for management.
