Job summary

Flexistaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury hospitality destination in The Burren, Co. Clare. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for guest service, and expertise in wine and food service.

You will lead day-to-day operations, develop the front-of-house team, collaborate with the Head Chef, manage reservations and guest relations, and contribute to budgeting and stock control. Prior experience in Michelin-recognized settings is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisory role.
• Strong wine knowledge and experience in wine service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or Michelin-recognised establishments.
• WSET Level 2 or 3

Responsibilities

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a renowned hospitality destination in the heart of The Burren, Co. Clare. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional guest service, and a solid knowledge of wine and food service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Manage, train, and develop the front-of-house team
• Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence
• Work closely with the Head Chef and management team
