Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in County Carlow seeks a results-driven Resort Operations Manager to lead the management team and ensure seamless daily operations across the hotel and its F&B outlets.

You will partner with the General Manager on strategic initiatives, develop staff through coaching and training, and uphold service standards that deliver exceptional guest experiences while monitoring budgets and compliance.

Formación

• 3-4 years in Food & Beverage operations management within high-end hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and other managers.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis inside a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day resort operations.
• Provide strategic support to the General Manager for F&B hotel operations.
• Develop and motivate staff, fostering a culture of exceptional guest service.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and adherence to hospitality standards.
