Job summary

Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow invites applications for an Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will support the Executive Head Chef, lead kitchen operations, and mentor our skilled culinary staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires a focus on quality, menu development, cost control, and building strong relationships across the business. Windward Management offers training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior chef experience in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Culinary arts qualification desired but not essential.
• Desire to develop and learn in your role.
• Ability to support the successful operations of the kitchen.
• Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
• Ability to assist with ordering and time/attendance management using systems.
