Job summary

Autism A Chara in Ashford, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a passionate Social Care Worker for a residential service. The role is 39 hours per week with day shifts, weekends on a rota basis and an 11pm finish.

You will support people with complex needs, implement care plans, and promote independence in a supportive environment. Essential criteria include a QQI level 7 in Social Care (or related degree) and CORU registration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
• Ability to work on own initiative and deliver person-centred care.
• CORU registration or active CORU application is required.
