Job summary

Comer Group Ireland is seeking a Property Co-ordinator to join our Residential Property team in North Dublin. The role involves handling tenant queries, tenancy data entry, and coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Property Management Industry and relevant legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and logical decision making.
• Ability to develop and implement initiatives and solve problems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for tenant and business queries.
• Daily checking bank records and reconciling accounts in Excel and Letman.
• Maintain accurate unit availability and tenant prospects.
• Enter new tenants with lease dates and rent payments.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and service providers.
• Handle incoming tenant calls and relay information internally.
• Inform Senior Manager of accidents or potential insurance claims.
• Update property schedules for monthly reports.
• Stay updated on legislation affecting landlords and tenants.
• Resolve customer account queries and complete departmental tasks.
• Adhere to company code of conduct and policies.
