Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred practice.
• Current CORU registration as a Social Care Worker.
• NFQ Level 7 or higher in Social Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care that respects residents’ rights and needs.
• Contribute to assessment, development, and review of care plans and risk assessments.
• Undertake key working responsibilities and support residents in care decisions.
• Support daily routines, education, development, recreation and community participation.
• Maintain records, work with families and professionals, and participate in supervision.
