Qualifications

• Degree level 7 or 8 in Social Care / Social Studies or equivalent field is required.
• CORU registration is required or CORU application submitted.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day personal care and support for residents.
• Ensure residents experience dignity, respect and choice.
• Review and implement person-centred plans for each resident.
• Participate in reviews of care protocols and safety policies.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting of resident progress.
