Aufgaben

• Work positively with residents to plan, implement, and review individualised support plans.
• Assist with development of life skills and daily living activities.
• Act as Key Worker and liaise with families, advocates and external professionals.
• Administer, supervise, and record prescribed medication per policy and standards.
• Maintain records, ensure safety, and uphold HIQA standards.
