Harbour Care Group in Portarlington, Leinster, invites applications for Social Care Worker roles within a new, rights-based organisation focused on delivering person-centred residential support to people with disabilities and high support needs.

You will work as a key member of a compassionate team, delivering tailored care plans, promoting independence, and safeguarding wellbeing while adhering to HIQA standards. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.

Qualificações

• Registered with CORU as a Social Care Worker or actively progressing registration.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Responsabilidades

• Work positively with residents and contribute to individual support plans.
• Develop life skills and deliver personalised support plans.
• Act as Key Worker and liaise with families and professionals.
• Administer and record prescribed medications.
• Support staff and promote safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain records and ensure HIQA compliance.
