Job summary

University College Dublin is seeking a Research Coordinator and Administrator to manage two ERC Consolidator Grant projects with Professor Aisling Swaine and Professor Cathryn Costello. The role covers research coordination, administration, budgeting, reporting, GDPR compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will coordinate events, public dissemination, and collaboration across university departments and external partners, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

Qualifications

• Third level degree in a relevant field.
• Post-graduate degree preferred (design of large-scale research projects or related).
• Experience in research coordination or project management with milestone planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage two ERC-related research projects and administration.
• Provide project management, budget oversight and reporting across projects.
• Support recruitment, events, networking and institution-building activities.
• Organise conferences and workshops and assist with public dissemination (social media, websites).
• Act as a key contact for project teams and external collaborators.
