Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Reporting Solutions & Stakeholder Management Analyst to develop and produce internal and external reports, manage data systems, and support Process Optimisation and Technical Services. You will engage with stakeholders and support project delivery, reporting progress and risks to management.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical skills and extensive experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online).

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or accreditation is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.
• Experience working as part of a team and having change management and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues and opportunities and propose improvements.
• Advanced practical experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL and SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the development, production and review of the function’s reporting and information requirements.
• Oversee and manage the function’s data systems and reporting tools to enable timely, clear and informative information and reports to be created; act as the function’s site owner for SharePoint Online services.
• Create, implement, communicate and follow data management policies and procedures, working with the Management Systems Team and stakeholders.
• Ensure procedures related to the role are communicated and implemented within teams and stakeholders.
• Act as an internal service provider delivering information within agreed timescales and formats.
• Oversee adherence to wider business processes and liaise with document control for SOPs.
• Adopt continuous improvements and best practices in data governance and reporting.
• Raise risks/issues in relation to reporting, processes, engagement and project delivery.
• Prepare for, present to and participate in stakeholder engagement activities.
• Report on project progress, risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate project development with other departments and implement solutions.
• Provide updates on impact of projects to the Process Optimisation Team.
• Apply sound project management to ensure on-time delivery with limited risk.
• Perform other duties as required.
