Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Reporting Solutions & Stakeholder Management Analyst to develop and deliver internal and external reporting. You will manage data systems, support process optimisation projects, and engage with stakeholders across the Water and Wastewater teams.

This role sits within Asset Operations and reports to the Process Optimisation Planning Technical Lead. Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint Online and SQL is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or accreditation is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce and review reporting and information requirements for the function.
• Oversee data systems and reporting tools; act as site owner for SharePoint Online services.
• Create and implement policies and procedures for data management and reporting.
• Coordinate with Process Optimisation and Technical Services to deliver information on time.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and project delivery within the team.
