Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst/Reporting Analyst to produce regular management reports and dashboards, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to management.

You will develop reporting solutions, support forecasting and budgeting, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions. Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau and Salesforce is highly valued, and you must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience producing management information, performance reporting and business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning or budgeting.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain regular management reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and analyse key business metrics, trends and performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends through data analysis.
• Support delivery of business performance reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Develop reporting solutions that improve visibility, consistency and decision-making.
• Forecast, trend analysis and scenario modelling to support business planning.
• Translate data into meaningful management information and insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of performance measurement processes.
