Job summary

emagine is seeking a Business Support / Reporting Support Analyst in Cork on a 12-month contract. You will support day-to-day business queries and work with Power BI dashboards and Power Automate flows.

You will handle inbox queries, follow established processes with vendors and systems, and provide timely, clear support to business users. Hybrid work arrangement in Cork.

Qualifications

We are recruiting for a Business Support / Reporting Support Analyst to join a team within a large pharmaceutical organisation in Cork.

This role would suit someone with experience supporting business users and managing day-to-day queries who also has some hands-on exposure to Power BI and Power Automate.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business processes, managing incoming queries and ensuring requests are followed through in a timely manner. You will also work with existing Power BI dashboards and Power Automate flows, monitoring them and carrying out basic troubleshooting where required.
