• Can execute basic renewal processes independently and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios (e.g., multi-year deals).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage many renewals at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
• Willingness to travel for events such as trainings and offsites.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals and drive on-time closure.
• Have consultative conversations with customers about usage and future needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities (additional seats, tiers, modules) from conversations.
• Surface new use cases and map needs to GitLab capabilities.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes, orders, and related docs accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze renewal situations and escalate anomalies to senior team members.
• Explain renewal terms to customers and align with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to identify expansion and resolve blockers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
• Prioritize tasks with guidance from senior team members to ensure quality results.
• Contribute to team goals by working with peer Renewals Managers.
