Job summary

Software Placements seeks an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Product Owner to join their HR Management Systems team. You will lead Talent Management, Performance Reviews and Succession Planning initiatives, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions.

In an Agile setting, you will prioritise the product backlog, collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams, and drive continuous improvements to HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar HR Systems role.
• Good understanding of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Performance Management processes.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to gather business requirements, manage product backlogs and develop user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience driving HR systems improvements and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and optimisation of Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions.
• Act as Product Owner within an Agile delivery environment, working closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define product strategy, prioritise the product backlog and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Manage and support Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review processes.
• Coordinate programme plans and support the successful execution of the Annual Review cycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system functionality and employee experience.
• Ensure HR technology solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
