Job summary

Software Placements seeks an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Product Owner to join their HR Management Systems team. You will lead Talent Management, Performance Reviews and Succession Planning initiatives, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions.

In an Agile setting, you will prioritise the product backlog, collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams, and drive continuous improvements to HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar HR Systems role.
• Good understanding of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Performance Management processes.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to gather business requirements, manage product backlogs and develop user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience driving HR systems improvements and process optimisation.
