Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland seeks a Senior Applied AI Solutions Engineer to move complex ML workloads from proof of concept to production, with roughly half time spent directly with customers solving technical challenges and accelerating platform adoption.

You will prototype new AI techniques, build reusable assets, and provide product feedback, working across inference, MLOps, databases, and agentic architectures while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to drive practical AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern ML systems and production workloads.
• Ability to build and debug large-scale inference or training pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise ML teams and customers.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and GPU-accelerated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and demos across serverless inference, MLflow, MLOps, and AI use cases.
• Support enterprise customers from PoC through production onboarding.
• Bridge between customer ML teams and the platform to accelerate value.
• Research emerging AI techniques and turn findings into working prototypes.
• Provide technical write-ups and product feedback based on deployments.
