Job summary

IT Search is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a remote role with Cork-based in-office one day per week. You will guide Agile teams through ceremonies, own delivery plans, and manage stakeholders across IT projects.

A strong PM background and budgeting experience are valuable as you align Agile with traditional delivery styles. The role emphasizes coaching, removing blockers, and maintaining a healthy backlog with Product Owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master with a solid project management background
• Proven track record delivering IT projects end to end
• Hybrid environment experience where Agile and traditional delivery sit side by side
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to push back when needed
• Experience with budgeting for projects
• Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• PSM, CSM or similar certification is a plus, as is Prince2 or PMP

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two Agile teams through sprint ceremonies
• Own delivery plans, RAID logs and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Remove blockers and keep the team focused on priorities
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog
• Coach the team on Agile practices and help maturity grow
• Manage dependencies across teams and third-party vendors
