CMI Recruitment partnered with a respected Irish construction group to recruit a senior Contracts Manager who will own pricing, estimation, tendering and the growth of a new contracts department across residential and commercial projects.

You will operate at board level, leverage an established contractor network, and shape processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with sustainable profitability from Ireland.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years' experience in the construction industry
• Proven pricing and estimation experience across residential and commercial projects
• Established network of contractors you can rely on
• Commercial mindset focused on tendering and winning third-party work
• Willingness to take decision-making responsibility and develop a department

• Lead the delivery of residential and commercial projects on time, on budget and to profit.
• Own pricing, estimation, tendering and bidding with a steady pipeline of third-party work.
• Build out and develop the contracts department with autonomy over operations.
