Job summary

Diver5ify is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a major Dublin project. You will run the project from start to finish, report to the Contract Director, and act as the main contact for the client.

You will lead a large site team, own the Project Execution Plan including programme, budget and risk, and work with the commercial manager, QS, planner and design team from pre-construction through phased handovers. This senior role offers long-term growth with a Tier 1 contractor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years on large-scale, complex projects with multiple phased handovers.
• Experience of precast frame installation.
• A degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, QS, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction law, contract law, building regulations and certification.
• Proven leadership, with the ability to develop and grow your team.
