Approach People seeks an International Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a personal portfolio within a dynamic team in Dublin. You will drive business development, identify markets across Europe, and manage the full recruitment cycle for international clients.

You will thrive on challenges, enjoy teamwork, and leverage your first-year BD and recruitment experience to advance quickly with strong English skills and optional second language. A permanent Dublin contract awaits you.

Qualifications

• First experience in 360° functions (BD and recruitment), at least 1 year.
• Passionate about the recruiting business.
• Motivated by challenges with a strong commercial mindset.
• Teamwork, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Always looking to improve skills; proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish).

Responsibilities

• Business Development across Europe; define target markets.
• Prospect for new clients: key accounts, SMEs, start-ups in international markets.
• Negotiate commercial conditions with clients.
• Manage customer relationships and detect new opportunities.
• Oversee full recruitment cycle and sourcing on internal/external databases and social networks.
• Direct approach and drafting of advertisements on job boards.

THE POSITION

As an International Recruitment Consultant, and like an entrepreneur, you will manage and develop your own portfolio in the division of your choice. All this on a permanent basis.

Within a dynamic teamthat shares your enthusiasm for the job, you create the activity that suits you and are supported day after day towards moreautonomy,strategic developmentanddecision making.

Missions:

• Business Development
• Definition of your market possibly all over Europe and in the industries of your choice
• Prospection for new clients: key accounts, SMEs, start-ups… in international markets
• Negotiation of commercial conditions
• Customer relationship management
• Detection of new opportunities
• Responsibility for the full recruitment cycle
• Sourcing on internal and external databases and social networks
• Direct approach
• Drafting of advertisements on various job boards
• Video interviews with candidates throughout Europe
• Presentation of the selected candidates to the client

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You already have a first experience of at least 1 year in 360° functions (BD and recruitment)
• You are passionate about the recruiting business
• You are motivated by challenges and have a strong commercial mindset
• You enjoy teamwork, sharing best practices and celebrating individual and collective successes
• You are always looking to improve your skills and you are proactive
• Fluent in English, and, ideally, a second European language such as German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish…
