Onwards.org in Ireland is seeking a Sales Partner to conduct high-value sales calls with nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors who have shown interest in our programmes.

You will understand fundraising challenges, articulate the value of our programmes, and guide prospects toward enrolment, while maintaining records and contributing to process improvements.

This remote role requires strong communication, ambition, and the ability to work independently across Ireland and the UK/US time zones.

Qualifications

• Track record in consultative sales, ideally coaching/education or high-value services.
• Exceptional communicator who builds trust and rapport.
• Curious about people and skilled at uncovering real challenges and ambitions.
• Confident discussing investment, navigating objections, and asking for commitment.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and energized by achieving sales targets.
• Balanced care for clients with strong commercial judgement.
• Highly organized with consistent follow-up.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising is a plus.

• Lead sales calls with nonprofit CEOs and senior leaders who have expressed interest in Onwards.
• Understand their fundraising challenges, ambitions and readiness to invest in support.
• Help prospective clients understand the value of our programmes and identify the best fit for their needs.
• Navigate questions, concerns and objections with confidence and empathy.
• Guide prospective clients towards clear decisions and enrolment.
• Follow up thoughtfully and consistently with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities and enrolments.
• Work with our team to continually improve our sales process and enrolment rates.
