Job summary

Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a growing Irish business to recruit a New Partnerships Manager for Community & Charity Fundraising. This remote role offers autonomy across business development, relationship management, marketing, presentations, events and data management.

You will plan campaigns, identify prospects, present services, onboard new clients and represent the company at conferences, with occasional travel and a focus on delivering measurable fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, partnerships or related customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, presentation and active listening skills.
Comfort with both remote and in-person engagement with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver campaigns to attract fundraising organisations via multiple channels.
Identify and engage prospective organisations and communicate benefits.
Present the service to fundraising groups via video call and in person.
Manage prospective customers through onboarding.
Represent the company at conferences and manage exhibits and follow-up.
Maintain accurate documentation and data trackers.
Prepare reports and analyse activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to drive growth.
